Our Mission
The mission of Fort Montessori Academy (FMA) is to create a dynamic environment where children learn through the process of discovery at a pace suited to each child in a clean and child friendly facility where order and self-discipline go hand in hand using the Montessori based method and philosophy.
Our Credentials
Fort Montessori is accredited by the Montessori Teacher’s Institute. All our Lead Teachers are Montessori Certified, have a bachelor’s degree and must have a minimum of 7 years of experience. Our Director is Montessori Certified and has master’s degree. All our Staff are background checked before being hired. Fort Montessori is a member of the American Montessori Society, North American Montessori Association and Murphy Chamber of Commerce. We have been around for 10 years and have a good record with Child Protective Services and City of Murphy Health Department.

Our Vision
Fort Montessori was created in unison with Fort Gymnastics & Fort Aquatics to offer an a la carte of services to parents from Swim Lessons, Day Care, After School Care, Pick up from local schools, Summer Camp, Winter Camp, and Gym Lessons from which parents can choose from. The parents should get the same quality of service across all three businesses and they must not feel the difference.
